Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 6-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all physical addresses within the borders of South Africa. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, as our couriers require a physical signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

5. Damages & Shortages

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if you receive your order and it is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item to speed up the resolution process.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address

AstricTek is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided is incorrect. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be liable for the re-delivery fee.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Under the CPA, you have a 5-day "cooling-off" period for any purchases made via direct marketing, and a 6-month statutory warranty on defective goods.
